Phase I is complete and Phase II is underway for a 2017/2018 opening bringing in REI, H&M, Pinstripes, Bocce Bowling and Dining, a 177 room Hilton Canopy hotel and 99 luxury condominiums and many more retail and entertainment uses.

Services: Program and Project Management Services including management of the Pike and Rose Project Management staff and field office, oversight for design and construction for 7 buildings in Phase II.
